The aim of the company is to create a database of experts and, connected with this, the placement of work and projects in the different sectors of industry, trade, services, in particular in Europe and Armenia (including the Nagorno-Karabakh region).

Another aim is to communicate and exchange knowledge of apprenticeships, as well as the communicating information about job positions between employers and employees between European countries and the Republic of Armenia (including the Nagorno-Karabakh region). This should take place by means of universal, multilingual (online) databases, which have appropriate advertisement, search, description and sales options as part of a website.

Furthermore, various individual projects, in particular in the sectors of industry, trade and services, should be developed and marketed.

Activities requiring approval are expressly excluded, even according to the KWG German Banking Act.
